My personal passions are helping others, helping businesses succeed, and making meaningful connections with as many people as possible.  I have started and operated several businesses.  I know what it is like to wear too many hats, deal with personnel issues, be strapped for cash, and all of the other challenges of owning a business.  I also know the joys of getting new clients, hiring new people, and watching others succeed!  My passions  led me to owning an accounting firm.  We implemented EOS® in the accounting firm and it changed the trajectory of our business.

Small to medium sized businesses are often undervalued and owners do not get what they want from their business.  Too often, the organization's vision goes unrealized because everyone in the organization isn't working toward the vision.  Implementing a proven system with simple tools will help get more of what you want from your business.
